Internationally acknowledged language tests have become more and more important in the academic sector as well as in the economy. They provide official proof of the language competency, thus are of basic importance when applying for study programs and scholarships abroad.
At the HdM language centre, students can take following international recognised tests. In all those tests, the achievement is classified according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages between level A1 and C1/C2:
- DAAD for English and Spanish (further languages on request)
- telc - German C1 Hochschule DISCLAIMER: We do not currently offer the telc test.
- TOEFL -Test of English as a Foreign Language (Academic English)
- TOEIC - Test of English for International Communication (Business English) DISCLAIMER: Due to technical restrictions, we are currently unable to offer the TOEIC test.
